The two most important words you will ever say.

We say a ton of things every day, but there are two words that are perhaps the most important words you will ever say. Know what they are? (You probably do because you saw the picture at the top of this post.) They are yes and no. They are powerful words because they shape your future.

Think back on all the things you have said “yes” or “no” to. Maybe it was asking her out on the first date, choosing to apply for that internship, accepting that management position, or choosing not to accept the job of choir director at the church. There is power in decisions — and not just the big ones, but the little ones.

Pray for wisdom to say yes to the right things and no to the wrong things. By the way, saying no does not mean you are saying, “never”. It can me that you’re saying, “Not right now.” (After all, good ideas aren’t always God’s ideas.)

So, do you agree? Answer yes or no.

Simply let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No’; anything beyond this comes from the evil one. Matt 5:37
